PET POLICY
The Lofts at Canyon Point is a pet-friendly community. We also welcome service animals and emotional support animals. If you have any further questions about the pet policy, please contact the office at 435-216-4815.
Rules & Regulations
•Up to 2 pets are allowed per apartment
•All animals must be registered with Petscreening. Residents without pets are also required to complete a no-pet profile and notify management if they wish to obtain a pet during their lease. You can create your profile here:

•For pets 50 lbs. or less, a $500 pet deposit is required. Monthly pet rent is $35/mo.
•For pets over 50 lbs., a $700 pet deposit is required. Monthly pet rent is $50/mo.
•Both Deposits and Monthly Pet Rents are per pet.
•All dogs must submit to a DNA swab by management. This is used to identify dog poop that is not picked up by the pet owner. There is a $50 one-time fee for this swab. If a positive identification is made between a poop sample and resident dog, the animal owner will be charged a $250 fee.
•Small animals that live in cages do not incur a pet fee, but must be approved by management.
•Service animals and emotional support animals are not subject to the fees, deposits, or rent that pets are. All service/support animals must be approved through Petscreening before move-in. If a unapproved service or support animal moves into the community, pet rent, fees, and deposits will be implemented until proper documentation is received.
